“Quigley Down Under” (1990) follows Matthew Quigley, an American sharpshooter hired to travel to Australia for a mysterious job. Upon arriving, he discovers that the job is to kill Indigenous people, which he refuses to do.
Betrayed by his employer, Elliott Marston, Quigley is left stranded in the harsh Australian outback. He barely survives the ordeal, using his sharpshooting skills to escape and make his way to safety.
Quigley is later helped by Crazy Cora, a woman who has suffered greatly in the outback. The two form an alliance and work together to bring down Marston.
The film ends with a dramatic confrontation, where Quigley defeats Marston and his men, protecting the land and ensuring that justice is served.
