Supernatural (2005–2020) follows brothers Sam and Dean Winchester, who hunt demons, ghosts, and other supernatural creatures. After their mother is killed by a demon, their father raises them as hunters. Years later, they reunite when their father disappears, setting them on a journey to battle dark forces while uncovering deep family secrets.

As the series progresses, the brothers face powerful enemies like demons, angels, and even Lucifer himself. They learn of their roles in an ancient prophecy—Sam as Lucifer’s vessel and Dean as Michael’s. With allies like Castiel, a rebellious angel, and Bobby Singer, their mentor, they fight to prevent the apocalypse and stop celestial wars.

Later seasons explore cosmic threats, including the Leviathans, the Darkness (God’s sister Amara), and the invasion of alternate universes. They also confront God (Chuck), who manipulates their lives for his entertainment. Despite impossible odds, they resist their fates and fight for free will.

The final season sees the brothers’ ultimate battle against God, culminating in a hard-fought victory. However, tragedy strikes as Dean dies in a hunt, leaving Sam to live out his life and reunite with his brother in the afterlife. The series ends with a heartfelt goodbye, honoring their journey and sacrifices.
